The Process

Congratulations

We'll say it to you a million times but "How Exciting?!"  We'll mean it when we say it- every wedding is so exciting and unique and we can't wait to be a part of yours. Once you've locked in your date, lock in your cake! We normally coordinate with clients 3-6 months in advance for all wedding cakes and dessert tables. If you're running a little behind, don't worry- we always try our best to accommodate your order.

Tasting and Consultation  

Next, you can schedule a tasting/consultation. You may choose (3) cake and frosting combinations from our menu. At that time, we'll grab a coffee and get to know one another. Designing your cake is special to us- we want to get it just right. We'll brainstorm together so we can share your vision and go over other important logistical information about your day. Depending on your event size, we may request additional meetings to coordinate further details. We create cakes for small, intimate weddings too- so we can keep the process as simple as you'd like.

 

We frequently bake for various Destination Weddings and welcome phone chats and/or Skype meetings.

Pricing and Design

Our basic wedding cakes start at $5.50/serving and are subject to increase depending on design detail. 

Our wedding cakes and desserts are always made fresh. We design elegant, classic style cakes using buttercream. We are able to achieve gorgeous details using our Swiss Buttercream and many times incorporate fresh flowers for design. Our menu is kept simple and old-fashioned, allowing us to focus on flavor quality. Our design is kept refined to show off true elegance. We welcome any design ideas but always work to be original and incorporate our own special touches.

Our full bakery menu is also available for your special day if you would like to incorporate extra sweets for a dessert table or for favors. Many Petite items can come individually packaged with custom tags and ribbon/twine.

Contract

Once your details and design are finalized, we will send a Service Agreement to be signed. At that time, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Your Service Agreement will state the final balance due date which is normally 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date, depending on design.  

*We are unable to ship items for tastings due to quality control.

*Tasting/consultation fees start at $45 for basic flavors.

*Tastings are by appointment only and must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Your tasting session is available for up to (4) people.

*Stand rentals and platters are available upon request for an additional cost and are required to be returned within 48 hours or will subject to late fees or the replacement of the items.

*All orders are charged a delivery fee, depending on location.
